CREDITS & REFUNDS

Your refund, if authorised, will be credited back to the credit/debit card use in the original purchase and will exclude delivery costs, except where the product is faulty. Please be aware the monies may take several days to show in your account. No credit can be applied to your online OmegaNZ customer account.
